Accessing your hip joints and bringing them into your awareness and movement is essential in learning how to use your pelvis in support of power and ease.
This Feldenkrais for LIfe workshop zeros in on accessing your hip joints so that everything above and below knows its relationship to the whole of you. The Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lessons in this workshop can be challenging as well as extremely fun. They demonstrate a principle of the Feldenkrais Method® called “reversal of proximal and distal.” This series will literally turn your world upside down, so that you can land back on your feet with a new sense of power.
