Transitions: Moving through Space and Life

cacoon

These 14 Awareness Through Movement® lessons were taught live in a 4-day workshop entitled Transitions: Moving through Space and Life in Santa Fe NM in June of 2016. The lessons take you through transitions from lying on your back to your side to your front. They also take you through levels in space from lying on the floor, to standing and points in between and in reverse. Several are quite energetic! The challenge, and benefits, of the lessons is to stay present, sensing yourself and your orientation to space, while transitioning from one position to another. They give you great grounds for organic human movements. Doing these lessons is like taking vitamins for longevity, but more fun!*
